PayWallet rides on India’s UPI rails, operated by NPCI and regulated by the RBI. Your bank PIN never leaves your device, transactions are end-to-end encrypted, and every payment is authorised by you through your bank’s UPI app.

UPI payments and bank transfers are free for personal users — that’s the NPCI standard. If a biller, recharge operator, or travel partner adds a convenience fee, it’s shown clearly before you confirm. No surprises.

Every Indian bank that participates in UPI — essentially all major banks in India. Link the account you already have; no new wallet to top up.

Electricity, water, gas, broadband, DTH, landline, and credit card bills — via the BBPS network. Mobile and DTH recharges are also covered. Every state board and major biller in India is supported.

Yes — you can pay any Indian credit card from any bank, straight from your UPI-linked account. No payee setup, no waiting for clearing — just enter the card number, the amount, and confirm with your UPI PIN.

Open the app, tap the Credit score tile on the home screen. The check is free, instant, and unlimited — no paid plan or upsell.

Open the app, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. We retain only the data legally required by RBI and remove everything else within 30 days.
